Courtney Runberg
Owner/Operator
Originally started as a one man operation at a single property, Courtney found a passion for building, creating and problem solving. Expanding his knowledge of basic machinery and woodworking, Courtney applied those same techniques to all facets of property maintenance and thus, Chapel Hill Home Works was born. Courtney is an Eagle Scout, and graduated from UNC with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
Dylan Terhune
Daily Operations
A native of Chapel Hill, Dylan grew up the son of custom contract furniture builder. With an obvious passion for the arts he studied architecture and conservation with the famous Italian architect Paolo Soleri at Arcosanti in central Arizona. There he apprenticed as a metalsmith and woodworker. After learning the logistics aspect of small business as the Operations Manager of a wholesale wine importer, Dylan joined the CHHW team in 2015.
